電子皮帶秤(cheng),由鋼制(zhi)機械秤(cheng)架,測速傳感器,高精度測重傳感器,電子皮帶秤(cheng)控(kong)制(zhi)顯示儀表等組成(cheng),能對固體物料進行連續動態(tai)計量。
稱(cheng)重(zhong)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)主要(yao)有數字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)和漢(han)字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)兩種,漢(han)字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)為數字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)的(de)升級產(chan)品。稱(cheng)重(zhong)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)器(qi)有累(lei)計和瞬時流量(liang)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi),具有自(zi)動調零(ling)、半自(zi)動調零(ling)、自(zi)檢故障(zhang)、數字(zi)標定、流量(liang)控制、打印(yin)等功(gong)能(neng)。漢(han)字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)除此之(zhi)外還能(neng)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)速度。漢(han)字(zi)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi)在操(cao)作時有功(gong)能(neng)顯(xian)(xian)示(shi)(shi)(shi),能(neng)更好的(de)幫(bang)助使用人員操(cao)作。
稱重(zhong)時,承重(zhong)裝置將皮帶上物(wu)料的(de)(de)重(zhong)力傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)遞(di)到(dao)(dao)稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)上,稱重(zhong)傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)即(ji)(ji)輸出正比(bi)于(yu)物(wu)料重(zhong)力的(de)(de)電壓(mV)信號,經放(fang)大器(qi)放(fang)大后(hou)送(song)(song)模/數(shu)轉換(huan)器(qi)變成數(shu)字(zi)量(liang)A,送(song)(song)到(dao)(dao)運算(suan)器(qi);物(wu)料速度輸入速度傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)后(hou),速度傳(chuan)(chuan)(chuan)感器(qi)即(ji)(ji)輸出脈(mo)沖(chong)數(shu)B,也送(song)(song)到(dao)(dao)運算(suan)器(qi);運算(suan)器(qi)對A、B進行運算(suan)后(hou),即(ji)(ji)得到(dao)(dao)這一測量(liang)周期的(de)(de)物(wu)料量(liang)。對每(mei)一測量(liang)周期進行累計,即(ji)(ji)可得到(dao)(dao)皮帶上連續通過的(de)(de)物(wu)料總量(liang)。
