皮帶秤故障分析及判斷
1、稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi) 稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)常有的(de)(de)有壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力及(ji)拉力兩種形式。 ±Exc為(wei)激勵端,此(ci)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)由儀(yi)表(biao)提(ti)供,應為(wei)10VDC±5%,±Sen為(wei)補償端,此(ci)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)與±Exc一致。±Sig為(wei)信號輸出(chu)(chu)端,大(da)小應為(wei)0至20mv之間某一值。正常使用(yong)時,皮帶空載(zai)時輸出(chu)(chu)不超(chao)過(guo)15mv,并(bing)且隨(sui)著載(zai)荷的(de)(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大(da)。因此(ci)判(pan)斷(duan)(duan)稱(cheng)重傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)(de)好壞最直接的(de)(de)方(fang)法(fa)就是萬用(yong)表(biao)的(de)(de)直流電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)檔測(ce)(ce)量,首先保證±Exc為(wei)10VDC±5%,如無此(ci)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)檢查儀(yi)表(biao);若有多個(ge)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi),則拆下信號端,分別測(ce)(ce)量,保證每個(ge)傳(chuan)(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)的(de)(de)輸出(chu)(chu)均(jun)在0-20mV,且數值隨(sui)載(zai)荷的(de)(de)增(zeng)加而增(zeng)大(da)。 除電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)判(pan)斷(duan)(duan)外(wai),還可以通(tong)過(guo)測(ce)(ce)量輸入(ru)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)阻來判(pan)斷(duan)(duan),具(ju)體方(fang)法(fa)為(wei):±Exc (±Sen)為(wei)400Ω±5Ω,±Sig為(wei)350Ω±5Ω,且屏(ping)蔽線(xian)與任意一端子均(jun)大(da)于5000MΩ。
2、 測(ce)(ce)(ce)速(su)(su)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi) 測(ce)(ce)(ce)速(su)(su)傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)實際上是一個步進電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji),其輸(shu)出(chu)信號頻率正比于(yu)輸(shu)入軸(zhou)的(de)轉(zhuan)數,故用(yong)萬用(yong)表檢查(cha)時(shi)仍有兩種方法: 測(ce)(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻法:用(yong)200Ω的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻檔(dang),測(ce)(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻應為(wei)(wei)135Ω±2Ω 測(ce)(ce)(ce)量電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)法:用(yong)20VAC檔(dang)測(ce)(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),當輸(shu)送機(ji)停止時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)零,當輸(shu)送機(ji)正常運轉(zhuan)時(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)為(wei)(wei)3-10VAC中(zhong)的(de)一值,速(su)(su)度越大(da)此(ci)值越大(da)。日(ri)常維(wei)護于(yu)檢修時(shi)應清(qing)掃速(su)(su)度傳(chuan)感(gan)器(qi)于(yu)測(ce)(ce)(ce)速(su)(su)滾筒之間的(de)連接(jie)軸(zhou)套,該軸(zhou)套是通過頂(ding)絲(si)把兩個軸(zhou)耦合連接(jie)在一起,故頂(ding)絲(si)松動或脫(tuo)落均(jun)影響(xiang)正常的(de)測(ce)(ce)(ce)速(su)(su),也會(hui)造(zao)成我(wo)們(men)所測(ce)(ce)(ce)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)值不(bu)準確。
3、儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao) 檢測各信號的(de)功能,如發現(xian)故(gu)(gu)障會(hui)隨(sui)時顯現(xian)在顯示屏(ping)上,當故(gu)(gu)障消失后,必須對故(gu)(gu)障顯示進行(xing)復(fu)(fu)位(wei),才能使儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)解除故(gu)(gu)障。儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)的(de)常見故(gu)(gu)障有(you):稱重傳感器(qi)故(gu)(gu)障,測速傳感器(qi)故(gu)(gu)障,除法(fa)錯(cuo)誤(wu)等,如若(ruo)儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)出現(xian)死機(ji)(這(zhe)是少(shao)有(you)的(de)現(xian)象(xiang),但(dan)有(you)時難免會(hui)出現(xian)),則(ze)對儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)進行(xing)冷(leng)起(qi)動,使所有(you)數據恢復(fu)(fu)到出廠(chang)設定(ding)數據,需要對儀(yi)表(biao)(biao)(biao)重新設定(ding)及標定(ding)后才能正(zheng)常使用。
